AWARE

that the personal information provided by me will be processed by AEInnovation Ltd. in full compliance with the law in force on the protection and processing of sensitive personal data and any other applicable law;

that the nature of the provision is necessary to allow the fulfillment of the legal obligations arising from the implementation of the required services;

that it is my right to exercise the rights provided for in Article 7 of the aforementioned Decree, including the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or not of personal data concerning me, updating, rectification or integration of data, as well as cancellation by written notice to be sent at AEInnovation srl, in the person of its pro tempore legal representative, as the Holder of the processing of personal data for the purposes and effects of the legislation in force.

to the treatment of my personal sensitive data for the purposes of mandatory and instrumental finalities to the services provided;
FURTHER AUTHORIZE
to send information and/or promotional material also by mail, email, telephone, SMS, MMS, fax about products and/or services of the company, third party AEInnovation srl business partners or other Group companies.
FURTHER AUTHORIZE
to contact me to participate in market research and/or public opinion polls about the quality of the services provided by AEInnovation srl, also conducted by the company by means of specialized third parties, even using the phone.
